Digital Marketing Manager

DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER

Digico Agency has a great opportunity for a Digital Marketing Campaign Manager. This role will be responsible for managing and setting up key clients’ paid search accounts, as well as leading SEO strategies for our SEO coordinator. Daily responsibilities include account creation, optimizations, reporting, pacing and internal/client feedback. In addition to account management, this role will develop and evolve the search strategy across accounts, create plans/timelines to execute approach, and run tests on new beta opportunities.

Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:

  • Assist with the execution and management of other digital marketing products, such as display banners and video advertising
  • Plan and execute AdWords and targeted display campaigns
  • Provide campaign reporting, metrics and analytics
  • Oversee day-to-day management of Targeted Display and AdWords budgets and accounts
  • Offer insights for sales proposals used by sales team

Qualifications

Our ideal candidate should have the following qualifications and experience:

  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
  • Experience planning and executing targeted display campaigns
  • 3+ years managing AdWords accounts (search, display, shopping, etc.), preferably at a digital agency or marketing company
  • Demonstrated hands on experience with SEO, SEM, Google Analytics and CRM software.
  • Google AdWords Certified
  • Strong understanding of digital production and marketing strategies
  • Proven experience in innovative digital campaign and effective service delivery
  • Ability to handle digital analysis and web metrics duties (Google Analytics)
  • Adherence to strict deadlines
  • Ability to multitask and to remain functional under deadline-driven pressure
  • Possess very strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field

Other Preferred, But Not Required, Qualifications Include:

  • Experience building and managing display banner campaigns outside of Google AdWords
  • Google Analytics Certification
  • Experience writing SEO-driven content for website builds and/or blogs

Social Media Coordinator

Social Media Coordinator

Currently seeking a dynamic, creative Social Media Coordinator that thrives in a fast-paced and close-knit work environment. As a key member of the marketing team, the right candidate for this role will exhibit strong creative and communication skills, a deep understanding of social media and platform growth, and must be organized, detailed-oriented and think strategically in all situations.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain our clients brand with consistent voice and tone, across all social media and digital platforms
  • Develop and adjust social media content and ad strategies for all clients
  • Manage daily social media marketing including the creation of posts, promotions and contests on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter
  • Daily monitoring of all social platforms, as well as engaging with followers
  • Create compelling content and drive the company’s social media calendar while keeping it current
  • Ensure content accuracy, timeliness, consistency and correct brand positioning for all clients
  • Responsible for managing digital assets (photos/video) and photo selection and design of posts
  • Have a deep understanding of social media platforms and latest social media best practices and technologies
  • Assist with other marketing projects as needed
  • Work with Creative Director and Account Manager to create monthly content calendars

Requirements

  • 1-3 years’ experience in social media & marketing
  • Expert level understanding of social media platforms
  • Demonstrated experience in managing social media flow from creation to measurement
  • Experience with social media monitoring and analytics software
  • Proactive problem solver, self-starter with the ability to change priorities in a fast paced environment
  • Exemplary project management skills
  • Capable of taking initiative with projects and using creativity to come up with new ideas
  • Top-notch writing and copyediting skills, proven critical thinking and collaborative skills a must
  • Experience with WordPress a plus
  • Strong visual design/graphics and photography experience (Adobe Suite)

Web Developer / WordPress Engineer

Web Developer / WordPress Engineer

We’re currently seeking a motivated and adaptable WordPress Engineer / Full-Stack developer.

The successful candidate will thrive as a key member of our agile and interdisciplinary team designing, building, and maintaining
websites for a diverse array of clients and industries.

The ideal candidate is able to build clean, performant WordPress sites without relying on bloated prebuilt marketplace themes
and plugins or drag-n-drop page builder components.

In addition to WordPress core proficiency, the successful candidate also possesses strong frontend design and development
capabilities with emphasis on Responsive Web Design principles and best practices, including mobile-first progressive
enhancement, fluid typography, etc.

  • Maintaining existing WordPress sites – backups, core updates, plugin updates, bug fixes, etc. and making improvements
